after 4 hours sleep, time to haul my arse out of bed and head to Alton Towers for a rocking sunday.

Sam and I belt up the M1 grumbling we'd rather be back at home. but keep going as i am going to meet up with Sarah, my scottish travelling mate. hadn't seen her in 4 1/2 months since we said 'goodbye' in Sydney, after just over a year together.

just like old times :o)

AT ok, few big rides i hadn't been on before, bloody queues though, and too many little eejits about.

pleasant day had by all i think. didn't envy their 6 hour drive back to Scotland, eh.

saturday morning and Jema, Sam and Jo are all back form their hols :o) but unfortunately that means the day has arrived when i'm forced to go to a 'dodgier than normal' club.

pleasant day spent over at Jem & Rob's house with Sam too, where i forced them to check out my travelling photos and videos - haha.

have the piss taken out of me by Rob and Paul for wearing 'shoes', cheers lads it was traumatic enough.

then head to the dreaded nitespot.

urgh queue, and they play five and S Club while we are outside still so what's the point of going in when i've missed the best songs...

inside is full of 18 year olds (or possibly younger) oh god i just don't want to picture it anymore...

...highlight of the evening though was eejit with Beckham haircut strutting around, gave us a laugh...i knew it was time to leave when Rick Astley came on and everyone was still dancing???
